Carl breaks the news to Josh that they have no drug.
Josh is stunned. But they have 5 ounces!
Toxicology couldn't find anything illegal in it - its just filler. There is some silver though - enough of that could kill a person (Renee would agree).
But people are paying a lot for the stuff. They have to be missing something.
Carl reminds him that they have one guy that might talk - just have to ask him.
So Josh goes to visit their guy. Their guy is complaining. Says he's just the doorman; he creates a cool factor.
Josh suggests he think how a jury will see it. How they will see three dead people who bought drugs from his club.
Three innocents who bought his marketing - best high ever.
They'd hear about the 'cool factor'. How they line up outside so the doorman can tell them they're not good-looking enough to get in.
The doorman wants a deal - he gets immunity but he'll hand them Lola who makes the drug. He knows where she is.
Josh tells him he has to wear a wire and say exactly what he's told to.
I think the guy realized he was in a no win situation. Personally, I think jail would be the better option. Maybe he realized it too.
Lola walks through her warehouse with Calvin telling him that they will be relocating.
There will be a fresh supply of vamps to choose from. They take any more from where they are, someone will start noticing. (I think that's already happened).
Lola stares coldly into a tank holding a silver ridden, prostrate vamp being drained. She says they've already drawn enough attention.
She then turns her attention to Calvin and blames him and his human girlfriend for it.
She grabs him by the throat.
And with evil glee, stares into his face.....
as she snaps his neck.
