As a protective measure, to preserve our creative work's privacy and (hopefully) to reduce the impact of the zillions of scraper bots that have been inundating our forum lately, we have made the Library and the Studio (where fan videos and fan art are located) invisible to bots and guests. You now have to be logged in to see these forums.
Much of the board has always been invisible to people who aren't logged in. But when Phoenix created the board, she felt it was important to keep parts of the forum visible to people who weren't logged in, especially the non-racy fic in the Library. This was partly so that Moonlight fans would be better able to find us. But after all these years, there aren't too many Moonlight fans around who don't know about us already.
And with the advent of data-scraper bots that crawl websites and copy their data, we feel it is necessary to protect the privacy of our creative work. And since the "guests" (a.k.a. web crawler bots) can no longer see those forums, we hope they will be less intrusive. Thanks for your understanding while we've been so swamped. We're hopeful that these changes will help fix that issue!
