Oh my gosh, that's an amazing jump!!
I had received my Blu-Ray and t-shirt a while ago, but over the weekend I got a little Sonny poster in the mail. It was such a pleasant surprise.

Yes, the Thurs. showing in College Station is ON, bay-bee! I'm going to harass everyone I know into going to see it.

Whooppee, Lucky... so how many times now will this make (that you've gone to see the movie)? You might hold the world record for non-crew, non-family members.
Forgot to get on here and say what a nice job those guys did with this fan promotion. It was truly lovely to come home every few days and find another little surprise "from Andrew." Gave me something to look forward to at the end of my travels.
Though I have to confess, I lugged my DVD player (I have the MacBook Air, so have to use an external drive) and the DVD along on one of my overnights just 'cause I couldn't wait any longer to see it.
It's what I love best about independent cinema... it's different (and that is the highest compliment I can pay it). Very quirky style, plot and humor. Just loved the characters and the offbeat humor. Was great to see Jason in something again, though I was surprised how little Masi was in it. Didn't realize his part was so small. But lots of Jason... and that was fun. Totally different than Josef, and since I haven't seen much of his older work, this was a chance to see him in a different kind of role.
But the goodies... nicely done. Be sure to pass along our thanks next time you're in touch with them.

The screening tonight was fun...the auditorium was almost full--I think some of the film studies classes were required to turn up.
AggieVamp and I got there early enough to get very good seats, and had a great time. There were some technical difficulties, alas, with the equipment, which caused the audio to get out of sync, and eventually caused an unplanned intermission...but they got it fixed up.
Andrew was charming, and got a lot of good questions--not all the same old, same old.
I'll write more about it tomorrow, but for now, suffice to say it was a success.

That's awesome--well, except for the out of sync part. But I'm so glad it went well, and that he got a good crowd!

Glad they had a good turnout. Did they give you your platinum-level Rewards Club card yet?

Here's my (slightly fuzzy) pic of the poster from last night. They had this up outside the screening room...
I particularly wanted to mention that Andrew commented to me, when I had a chance to chat with him afterwards, that he really appreciated all the support he'd had from the Moonlightaholics.

And the moment some of us have been waiting for...the Red Productions Christmas video.
Ummm, it's on the edge of NSFW, but it may give you a few giggles.
