Brian in "Men of a Certain Age"
Next Monday, a new show that has Brian White in a small recurring role will start on TNT.
It stars Ray Romano, Scott Bakula and Andre Braugher. It looks amusing.
Here are some previews. To see Brian, watch the one called "Get to know Owen"

Scott Bakula talked about it last year at the Star Trek convention. I was wondering if I had missed it.

Re: Brian on new show "Men of a Certain Age"
I saw a nice long preview at the movies last week for this series. And I knew Brian was in it, but I never spotted him in the preview.
But...with the bigger names, it's got to have some good things going for it.
I do wish Brian well!

This does look promising. I will give it a try. I love all the main actors, especially Scott Bakula.

Re: Brian on new show "Men of a Certain Age"
After two episodes, how is everyone feeling about this series?
I have to say I'm surprised that it is much darker than I was expecting. Yes, there's comedy but there's a lot of real middle age angst that's sort of uncomfortable. (Like when Scott Bakula went to that driver's house) I still haven't decided how I feel about it.
I will say Brian looks absolutely great! I'm not sure how much we'll get to see him, though.

I'm really enjoying it. I don't know what I expected but you're right it is darker. I think imdb said Brian is in at least eight episodes. I love Andre Braugher and Ray Romano is very good. He's a lot darker then his "Raymond" character.
Scott Bakula was the main reason I was tuning in but he's my least favorite character in this show.

Re: Brian on new show "Men of a Certain Age"
Dummy me forgot about this thread under Brian's sub-heading. LOL
I'm really liking the show and the chemistry/relationship between the three leads. Plus, in a HUGE surprise to me, I'm finding Ray sexy in this show. The language surprised me a bit at first, since I didn't think TNT allowed that, but I guess I was wrong.
I wish they would concentrate on developing Terry a little more because I adore Scott Bakula and know he can act his you-know-what off.

Maybe this will be his week, Wondergirl. They have spent most of the other two episodes on Andre and Ray.

Re: Brian on new show "Men of a Certain Age"
Just finished watching last Monday's episode about Joe on his date. Holy CRAP, was that some funny stuff! Could.not.stop.laughing. It really was hilarious and perfectly executed from beginning to end with the flashback and everything.
Read over at TWoP that the show got picked up for a second season!!
Hope we see more of Brian in the episodes though.

Re: Brian on new show "Men of a Certain Age"
I've seen a couple of the eps, and kinda like it, well enough to watch it sometimes but not religiously... but I haven't seen Brian... what character is he? Is he in just a few eps, cause maybe I've just missed his.

He works at the car agency that Andre Braugher's character works in. I love the show. I think Brian has a decent sized role this week but his character is kind of a foil for Andre's.
