Interview in American Way

Post by redwinter101 »

Discussing Moonlight, Three Rivers, Hawaii Five-0 and The Back-Up Plan. Sadly it's a short interview - but lovely nonetheless:

And here's a download link: http://emag-americanwaymag.com/ The article is on pages 57-58 (of the pdf numbering) and you can download just those pages or the whole magazine.

Moonlight should have died a lot earlier than it did????? Did I read that right? What does he mean by that?...My jaw is on the floor.

seamus, I think Alex meant that, with all of the problems it had behind the scenes (the recast after the pilot, the writers' strike, the changes in focus due to multiple showrunners, etc., etc.), it's a miracle Moonlight survived as long as it did. He's said that before.

Lovely little interview, thanks so much for posting the link! :hearts:

Steady seamus - I don't think he means he wanted it to, just that there was so much stacked against it that in the normal order of things it would have died a lot sooner were it not for the efforts of a lot of people to keep it going through the writers' strike and beyond.

No need for a backup career for Alex. I think he's going to be plenty busy and very well paid so he can retire early if he chooses. I think I speak for most Alex fans when I say, yeah, sure, I'd love to know when you're going out for coffee! ! :hyper:
