I wasn’t sure where I should put this (yeah, I’m sure you all have a few suggestions ). It’s set to the tune of “Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer” but it’s not really a holiday piece. So, I’ll just leave it here under my virtual tree and hope it brings a smile.

Had a lot of inner strife,





Thinking himself a monster





And blaming it on his wife. (ex, that is)





Josef his vampire mentor





Used to nag him, "Just feed fresh..."





“What I think you need here, boy-o…"





"...is a little fang on flesh.”





Then one night in no-star hell





An angel came to say,





“Drink my blood or you will die…





And I’ll end up with the other guy.”






**skritch** Say what?









“Now,” Josef said, “you’ve got it… "





and slapped him on the back with glee.





“I knew you had it in you…”





“You gonna share some of that with me?”

Oh, Lilly--this is wonderful! I love the pictures you used to illustrate it, the perfect flashes of humor at appropriate places, and yeah... that last line is just a killer! Leave it to Josef to look for a fun (and awkward) way to cash in on Mick's newly found... um... whatever it is...

This is great, especially how you included Josef and Beth. And it rhymes, too!
