I really am so pleased it has turned out the way you wanted, Alle. There's always an extra nervousness when you are posting a vid by request than one of your own. I had great fun with this one and I loved your clip selections - they match the lyrics perfectly which is something I always look for in my vids. The song is divine also.

Not a song I'm familiar with but it's gorgeous - and so apt for Mick and Cora. Forever is indeed long and lonely. This is beautiful and sad and wonderful.

What a wonderful collaboration! Alle mentioned it this weekend, and I couldn't wait to see how it turned out, It's beautiful...but I knew it would be. How could it not be with Alle's vision and Coco's editing skill (there's nothing simple about it, my friend). And DMB is my favorite. You've captured Mick/Cora perfectly...and I find that for me, it illuminates their relationship in a way I haven't seen before. I love it.

It really brings out the elemental sadness and beauty in this relationship.

Anybody who really knows me will tell you that I'm not a visual person--I'm all words. So for this song to bring images into my head is a really big thing for me. I told coco about the scenes I envisioned, and she read my mind or my heart...or something... and she made this beautiful video that captures those amorphous images that were speaking to me. I'm so grateful for this experience--it's like a new part of my brain opened up. Thank you, coco.

This is the first time I've had a request where I was given the scenes to work with. Normally I've just been given the song choice so this was a new experience for me too but Alle's scenes worked perfectly and I think I'd have probably chosen the same ones with the lyrics had I created this on my own. To say we've captured Mick & Coraline perfectly is the best compliment.
