Thank you so much to lynnrxgal, these are precious. Alex was so unguarded back then, just an Aussie.
He's making friends wherever he goes.

:eek2: OMG, they filmed that scene in Sydney Harbor??? :2eyes: Talk about feeling like you're in a fishbowl...

And also, 2 ML references in one paragraph? I immediately thought of Alex's "mousy, mousy" ad with the cat.
Glenn has also been the face of two high profile TV ad campaigns … and another where she frets over why her pet goldfish is so stressed out. Glenn has also been moonlighting as a writer…
Thanks, Lynn! Great find!

Oh,nononono, it isn't available. They just happen to not even know Alex in video clubs at all. I only found The Invisible and Man Thing. So, now I have downloaded it, watched it, appreciated it, loved it :hearts: :hearts: :hearts:

If you read a lot of books you are considered well read. But if you watch a lot of TV, you're not considered well viewed. Lilly Tomlin

Grateful to Alex for Mick, Andy, and McG. :)

Greece is discovering Alex, slowly but steadily...A friend called me last night to tell me that she couldn't sleep and turned on the tv, where she watched Oyster Farmer. She recognised Alex...from the photos I had shown her when she visited. :snicker: Oh, and the emails I got this morning!!! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

Oh, yay! :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: Both for you, that Greece is slowly accepting Alex, and for your friend, for learning what an amazing actor he is! :hearts:

Here is an interesting review of Oyester Farmer from Chris Davis, a staff writer at Hawaii Five-0 Online (she's reviewing some movies of the actors of the H50 cast):

He was literally, simply, just being.
Summed up perfectly in six words. One of the many reasons I love this movie. :cloud9:

Nice review! Although I disagree with her; I think Alex looked incredibly young in this movie, endearingly so. :hearts: :melts:

Yes, he sure did, but I've always thought that even in his first works he has never looked boyish, he already was a MAN. A young man, but not a "boy".
Maybe that's her impression, too.
