There's nothing on IMDb so far about
Art and Soul, so I don't have much information on this yet, but actress Frances Fisher tweeted this photo:

If Frances is playing a grandma for the first time, does that mean that Jason will be playing a dad?

Ooooh! I really like her, and I have a secret fondness for Hallmark movies. (I don't want to admit how many times I watched Snow Bride last Christmas....)
I'd certainly love to see Jason playing a dad, too.

It sure does!
Part of me really wants to see Jason stretch his wings and do something he's never done before -- play a dad.
But part of me would love to see him as a crusty uncle who not great with kids, a la Logan in the "Postgame Mortem" episode of
Veronica Mars (the one where a little girl is left is his care while her sister runs off to Vegas with Dick).

Apparently a title (and network) change. The movie is now "Heart of the Matter," and will air on Pixl channel on Sat. 11/29, at 9 pm EST.
It looks...adorable.
