No! He was the vamp in the silver tub who looked at Mick and mouthed, help me...

The young guy that Lola snapped his neck was in one of the vats too... they were both in there... but the doorman was the one Mick tried to turn the blood sucking thing off and Lola said don't it will kill him...

I saw the boyfriend, but I didn't recognize the doorman guy... Ooh, I love this thread!!! :yahoo:

As Mick is walking thru the rows of vats, he looks at this one guy, who mouths Help Me... and then Mick tries to turn off the blood draining thing... that's when Lola interrupts him and the fight ensues... go look at that... it's that ugly little doorman guy who the cops sent in to record a convo with Lola... guessing that didn't go too well...

And I love our thread too, and our whole darn site!

I have to disagree. The one who mouths 'help me' looks like Lola's boy toy whose neck she snapped. I didn't see the doorman. Also, he was still with the police when Beth called Mick to tell him about the warehouse. The police just don't move that fast - I wouldn't think the guy would have gotten wired, prepped and sent to Lola that quick.

Well, now I've gotta go look for myself. I'll report back.

Yeah, the doorman dude was with the police when they arrived as Mick was blowin' the place up. Heh. The guy who was with Lola in the club was the one mouthing "Help me." to Mick. I don't know if the doorman was a vampire or not, but he wasn't very cool, so I suspect he was human.

Okay, riddle me this...how come that vampire that was burned didn't turn to ash? I'm just remembering the vampire's finger in The Mortal Cure when they burned him...it turned to ash.

Yeah, it was definitely Lola's boy toy who got his head turned around, literally, by Lola. And drowned. Poor guy. Shouldn't have messed around with that model behind Lola's back.

I've seen two schools of thought on this. One is that they just had a continuity error...made the "burns to ash" decision later on and the damage was already done. The other (clever and fanwanky) idea is that the vamp was burned with acid or something, not fire...so he was chemically burned and not turned to ash.

Or the silver in his body made it burn like a human corpse?

Oh and BTW, that final cap, where Beth and Mick meet in the morgue - loved that scene. And Beth, eyeline, honey, eyeline....

How strange it feels to be posting here in the AM once again (well for one day only ;) ) :yahoo:

Just caught up on the thread and I thought it was Lola's boy toy in the vat. Gives me another reason to go check...... the things we need to do to be sure :snicker:

GA your pics are coming up to one of my all time favourite M/B scenes. I love how Mick got a heads up on Beth whereas she had no idea he was there. Despite smelling her he still looked soooo surprised which was cute.

Fleur & Grace I thought both of them looked gorgeous but I always felt that Lola looked very 'done' if you know what I mean. Beth looked very different to how she normally looks but yet still managed to look natural and sexy at the same time.

Yep... you're right!

I went back and watched it... AGAIN!! So MUCH TROUBLE THIS SHOW IS... and you're right... It is the younger cuter guy...

I didn't see the older not so cute guy with the cops; is he in that scene? Do I have to go watch the WHOLE ep again just to find out?

Maybe once they're actually dead, they burn like regular biology would imply?

And LOL, Red... where would YOU be looking honey? (Is there really a wrong answer to that question?)

It's one of mine too, coco. Which is why I stopped where I did. I didn't have time to do it justice and refuse to rush through it. Don't want to miss anything!

You just might, grace. I know, such a chore.

That's exactly what I was thinking too. Maybe the fact that they were already dead makes a difference.
