The board has been experiencing some slowness and server errors today. We reported it to the web host, and I'm happy to say that things appear to be much improved.

Is the board kind of slow today or is it just me?

We seem to have had a few slow periods, but -- at least for me -- it hasn't been steady. We'll keep our eyes on it.

It is very slow for me and I have been getting the server error message as well.

So sorry for the board troubles, everyone. We've put in a help desk request with the web host, and we hope they'll fix it very soon. If things get very bad and you're too frustrated with the board, you're welcome to visit the Motel!

Ooh, that's a new one to me, Maggatha! We don't have any filters set up here for PMs, so it's probably a side-effect of the database issues, and hopefully it will get fixed soon by the web host. If you could post the text of the message you got (if you still have it), I will ask them about it.
