And seriously, HAVE you read Man of Honor? Yes it's MickCora, but it's before Beth came along, so no competition and like Red's epic, it is him dealing with how to have a relationship with her... and sexy... did I mention sex on the beach?

I wouldn't either if the shoe were on the other foot! I do have a little bottle of champagne chillng--forgot that I had it, and thought that tonite would be an appropriate time to partake of the bubbly. Hopefully the weather holds out, we are supposed to get dumped on with snow again.

I don't believe that I have read that fic. I will check it out. Trust me, I have read Mick/Cora---all thanks to red and her amazing Anniversary series. I could go on and on about that, it deserves it's own discussion thread. She knows what an impact that had on me, and how it led me to question my feelings re: Cora.

Yeah I know you've read Red; I think I met you in that thread... but Phee's is another take on it... covers less time, not a year by year thing, but very cool. Mick and Cora had a long relationship so SOMETHING had to be there... even tho he may have chosen to leave her in the end... there was something intense and big and good there. So I think you'll enjoy Phee's.
