He did look gorgeous in NSTAV
And I remember reading some of the earlier reviews that Alex was "passable" and "adequate".
Sometimes I wonder if these "critics" were talking about the Mick St. John we all fell in love with

Maybe they only saw that portion of a pilot, with that other cast? Tho I saw that and STILL thought Alex was amazing... so doesn't really explain it, does it?
