I believe it to be from this same shoot. Maybe they were trying to decide how Vampire Mick was to look. Hence the cape like collar.

Always fun finding something new.

And it does look like he's wearing a suit under the coat!!

That's because I don't think those shots were ever used anywhere. I think they were still deciding a look for Mick after the pilot but before or just after the recast as they may have been trying to decide how Vampire Mick was too look for the new promo poster.

Thanks for putting those up, Kath! I got both of those photos off ebay very early on, and they were only a couple of dollars so I thought for a long time they were just ordinary promo shots. The tall & narrow one is only a piece of one of the photos -- that shot came blended in with another ML photo, really an odd combination, but it looks pretty striking. I've no idea who put the images together, or how they got hold of them!

It is incredible to me how much stuff early on they were selling off on e-bay. Someone sure had access to the storage locker so when daddy said clean it out they certainly did. I'm glad you received such treasures and are the kind of fan willing to share and not keep them hidden all to yourself. (example: the Original Moonlight pilot DVD )
Although I can understand someone wanting something no one else has...(precious...my precious )

Thanks for sharing the new-old pics of Mick! I love to see the different looks they were playing with, traditional intense vampire to positively furtive, somewhat hunched and peering up at us out of the corner of his eye. What fics would you match up with those pictures?
