Well I'm hoping that the current score in the Jets/Patriots game bodes well for no overtime.

Yeah, barring some very inspirational coaching at half-time, this game looks like a rout.
New England is running all over New York, which is fine with me so long as they finish on time or

early even!

Aarrrgh...there's still 5 minutes left in the fourth quarter....best guess is that everything will start about 20 to 30 minutes late, depending upon just how long these guys can stretch out 5 minutes.

I find it interesting that they keep saying that 60 Minutes will be shown in its entirety - but they aren't saying ANYTHING about what follows. Curious because the time switch would seem to be important. Or did I tune them out too soon?

OK, they just did a visual explaining things. I take it back.

If they can keep the delay in start times under 30 minutes, most likely everything will be shown, just starting late.
the key will be how long the post game show folks babble. If they do a real quick summary, then go into 60 minutes, 3R will most likely be seen, but once again, the numbers will need to be sorted out.

It looks like it's gonna be at least 10:30/EST for Three Rivers tonight..that is, unless they pre-empt it entirely.

I don't think they will....even if they start late, they're still competing for ratings for the 10:30 slot.
At least I hope that's the case.

Usually the show airs if it is less than an hour delay

This just posted by CBS on Twitter:
CBSTweet
Due 2 NFL overrun, start of primetime lineup in East/Central Time Zones (60Min, Amazing Race, 3 Rivers, Cold Case) delayed 25-30 min.

So on CBS's own Tweet, they inverted Cold Case and 3R? Or is 3R now airing at 9:30 in stead of 10:30, cause if so, gotta totally go RE-do the whole Tivo thing... work work work work work work work...

Yeah - not sure about the order in which they listed the shows. It could be force of habit to list them that way.
