Definitely the hand talking!!
A question: Before a guest comes on a talk show to promote their latest projects, is there some sort of 'gentleman's agreement' that certain topics won't be broached?

I don't know how it works in the States but it tends to vary from show to show here. There are some talk shows here where the hosts pride themselves on refusing any guest pre-conditions, i.e. come on my show and I'll ask whatever I want. But I think most of them are handled in advance by publicists - some topics to focus on and some to avoid.

Alex can discuss the weather, what he had for breakfast, or what kind of gas mileage his car gets, for all I care.
I just want to hear and see him.

Talking with Ferguson, I'd be amazed if Alex does anything to hide his 'real' voice.....

If he can get a word in edgewise... Craig reeeeeally needs to work on his interviewing skills. The guy's a sweetheart, but he will NOT shut UP!!! And I'm gonna want to kick my TV if he interrupts Alex this time the way he did when Alex was on the show before.

Maybe we should start thinking about getting Alex his own talk show...no guests..just Alex...a whole hour of..just Alex...(and maybe Jason, just to break things up..)

True....Craig does seem to love the sound of his own voice...hopefully, he'll actually engage Alex in a dialogue, not a witty monologue

You know, I do believe it requires an hour in order for Alex to be able to cover all three current projects. That's only 20 minutes per project -
BARELY enough time to do them justice, right?

All of the new clips have been uploaded to the CBS microsite for Three Rivers - and they've given the design an overhaul too - it looks pretty good.
Of course if, like me, you're outside the US, you can't actually watch any of the clips... except Chris Hanke's video diary, which is kinda cute.

I just checked out the overhauled site.....the emphasis on just who is starring in this show has definitely and decidedly shifted.
It's Alex's show, just in case anyone wasn't aware.....they are now.....
hope this doesn't create a problem with the rest of the cast

I'd watch the Alex and Jason Show FOREVER. It would be the greatest show in the history of television.
You know, if Tom Cruise was on Three Rivers, it would STILL be Alex's show.

thanks Red... With the new shows starting to roll out in 3 to 4 weeks, the promos for both new and returning shows should start to get even more intensive.
This is simply an opinion, but I don't ever remember the networks pushing their new shows as early in the summer as they did this year. It wasn't too terribly long after the schedules were set that the commercials started rolling in....wonder what they're trying to tell us.
