Another chapter! Another chapter! :hyper2:
I love that finally they are on their way. Hope nothing goes wrong with Slade and Sally. Josef will be hungry soon, but first he has to do the right thing and get them out of there.
This was fabulous, but not nearly enough.

Another chapter! Another chapter!

Ooo, Lucky, the image of Josef in this chapter is just delicious! I love the picture of him all dark and stealthy.

So far all's going to plan...how long will that last I wonder? ;)

I was so happy to see an update to this story. It's so good...combines my two great loves--Josef, and the West. :happysigh: Can't wait for chapter 9!!

Not intimidating at all Lucky. I just need a lot more hours in my day to sit and read fanfic. :giggle:

The little bits of description so bring out the characters ...
Lovely to see Josef stalking some real prey instead of financial prey, and Sally putting aside prayer in order to count time instead.
There are some interesting similarities between these two - they are both so very grounded and pragmatic.

Delightful - the change of pace from the long day locked in that room to the activity of escape is thrilling - both for Josef and for us.

And Sally still has faith. Smart girl. ;)
