I guess I have started to think that any Alex is better than no Alex.
I just hope they use him to best advantage. So to speak.

Yeah, I'll take him long hair, short hair, no hair ( I thought he looked good in The Invisible). Ensemble, leeeaaaaadddd, or frikkin guest star at this point... but not seeing much to hope for in the choices... I don't think CBS is a good fit for him, period. And I don't trust Nina any further than I can throw her...
And we've already established that I can't throw very far... Fleur has to handle all the lifts in our ice-skating team...

I am working hard on gaining upper body strength for those lifts (weak arms), grace, you had better be practicing your triple axels.
And I am with you, at this point, I don't care if he's a contestant on a game show, I want to see him.

LOL!!! Great, just what I need. A drunken doubles partner.
Hey, wait a minute, that sounds like something we could pitch to CBS....

Sh sh.... I'm ignoring the snark and just going with the fantasy... He can be the leeeaaaadddd.... if he can't skate we'll change the whole premise...

Maybe we can change our skating team to triples.
Alex can lift and throw us....and whatever the hell else he wants to!
Wait, that may be more HBO than CBS. We may have to put in some procedural elements.
The crime fighting skater....then we could move on from there, and have "Crime Fighting Skater in Miami", "Crime Fighting Skater in Las Vegas"....

You two. I love you. Just cackled my way through this thread.
Although I confess, I'm a fan of Hiatt-hair....
But as many have said, I just want to see Alex in something. ANYTHING. Soon would be good....

I can't believe that they (CBS) haven't had him guest star in something...
I, too, am perplexed at the whole "holding" concept.
Now that Alex is back in the States we may hear something (hopefully positive!)

Fleur and I are pitching an idea to CBS about a crime -fighting competitive skater... we're pretty confidant about it... tho we've had to fire all the actors from the pilot except Alex... and he looks really good in the sparkly henleys and the bright kelly green spandex jeans (black does not win judges' points on the ice)... look for those shots over on the Alluring Alex thread in the near future...
And keep an eye on the trades... plus we're running bus ads.

I'm disappointed about that too but I'm hoping it's because they want it to be a bit more dramatic when they present him in his own show.
The idea of seeing him in a crime fighting skater show with Grace and Fleur is intriguing! While I'm not normally a fan of sparkly spandex  I'd whole-heartedly embrace that look on Alex as he twirls and tosses the courtesan wannabes.
