A perfect MickBeth Christmas poem.
She could go anywhere, and could live life quite free
Of all complications, restrictions, and…me.
But she smiled, simply kissed me, and said 'course I'll go'
Like a foregone conclusion, something that I should know.
Lovely.
I really like Beth's tradition of reflecting on the year's blessings.
P.S. I'll be back later to read 'Christmas at the Cabin.'

What a kind thing to say! I know it is sentimental, but I love sentimental.
Christmas at the Cabin covers roughly the same territory as the poem, but in greater detail and I have been meaning to edit it again. I realize that some writers never edit their work once it has been posted, but I constantly see things that need to be improved. So, I fix them.
Artwork is much the same. I keep at it.
