Oh this was so sad. Nicely done, but I don't like to think of a world where they did not go on together into eternity.

I have to piggyback on MLL60's comment -- to think of an eternity where they are not together is heartbreaking. But kudos for squeezing such emotion out of this little shorty (not at all hard to do for me, though.)

Cleaning House is bound to bring up memories, Jenga-like closets are more than a problem of arranging..One of my worst fears has always been that Mick , Beth (and Josef) will meet eternity at different times...and it is as horrible as I had thought. No matter who stays back, memories just aren't enough, you need to take the voyage, it is a date. Thanks for making me cry...really.

I've been revisiting old challenges and I'm guessing I missed this one which was my loss. Poor Beth being alone for so many years but she knows she's waiting for him. I do wonder what broke them away from Josef. A very sad tale but I agree with francis that Mick would prefer this scenario
