This morning, I dropped my keys by the car door .....
My mind went immediately to where your minds are now.

Oh, that's wonderful! So tell me, did they mysteriously bounce under the car? Nope? Yeah, mine never do, either. But I keep hoping, so that I can do Mick's finger-walk...
Speaking of being a Moonlightaholic... I was listening to the radio this morning on the way to work. Usually I have the radio on NPR, but Hubby had been driving last night, and he'd set the radio to a rock station. So instead of Steve Inskeep and Renee Montagne, I got a morning DJ show, Mark and Brian. They were playing a One Republic song (ETA: I just looked it up - they were playing "Good Life"), and after it ended, they were talking about having just discovered this wonderful new band. I tried to call the station to tell them that I'd discovered One Republic three years ago, when "All Fall Down" was played on Moonlight. But unfortunately, they were doing some call-in thing, and I couldn't get through. Oh well. It made me very happy that One Republic is getting noticed more and more. This should be very good for them--Mark and Brian have a big audience here in LA, and also I believe in syndication, so yay for the One Republic guys!

If not for Moonlight and TR I never would have heard of some of these bands myself. I will be forever grateful.

No, they did not do that which made me smile. I don't know how Mick managed to get them to go so far under the car!allegrita wrote:Oh, that's wonderful! And about One Republic... I purchased the CD after hearing "All Fall Down" and still listen to it regularly. They are good.

You co-Admin a Moonlight Fanboard, run 3 Moonlight character based fansites/fan fic-vidding-art repositories (MySpace, Facebook, and I've just started a third on LiveJournal), manage a Fan Fiction archive for your favourite pairing (a recent endeavour), post to three separate character appreciation threads on three different boards, have signed up for 4 separate writer's prompt communities just to make sure you'll always have ideas for Moonlight Fan Fic, continue to be as active as possible across several boards - on top of writing, banner making, vidding, and all round total fangirling from first thing in the morning to last thing at night...
...And you still worry that maybe you're just not doing enough.

you are in a fantastic mountain village in Crete and all you think about when it is dark, peaceful and quiet is...your vamps...and how perfectly they would fit the scenery...
you get back home ten days later full of luggage and work to do and all you do is hit the pc and jump into MLA to catch up..
you get more and more Moonlight gifts, such as cds of ML music from people who haven't even watched it, but know you love it.
you cannot remember how your ante-Moonlight life has been....
Here is a gift I found from a you tube friend...just as I got back from holiday...

Re: You know you're a Moonlightaholic when...
This is a fun thread
This may not be exactly a Moonlight moment but I think I've figured out how Micks keys ended up so far under his car.
I dropped my keys on the way out the door the other day and they hit my foot on the way down. I ended up kicking them way under the patio chairs...I had to get down on my knees to retrieve them....they may not have landed under my car but I did think of Mick and had to smile to myself They even made that same clink slide sound Mick's keys did.
Life has never been the same since Moonlight.

When you're planning on going away on an overnight trip and you wonder. Should I bring a Moonlight dvd so I can take part in the Watch & Chat Friday night.
Tomorrow night and Saturday I'll be at the Chiller Theater convention. The convention ends Friday at 11P but if I finish early I'd like to have Click with me.
