jen, glad to see you back for another read. Alle, you too! Glad you found this one again!

Marigold and maggatha, lovely to see you here...and might I recommend, some of my other Halloween stories...not so funny as this one, but evocative of the holiday, as well.

Thanks so much for reading and commenting! Always delightful to see!

Lucky

I loved revisiting this! :rolling: :rolling: :rolling: And I never mentioned my favorite line:

Yeah, CBS... you still haven't redeemed yourself, have you?! Even NBC is getting one!

This was my first reading of this (no idea how that happened after all this time!) and even though I'm not that familiar with the other vamps, I smiled and chuckled all the way through! Of course Josef would know how to wheel and deal and grease a few palms to get out of this situation! And how "very egalitarian" of him and Eric to spring the whole gang. :snicker:

Very enjoyable read!

Thanks, MLC! My office just keeps giving and giving... (wow, hope that didn't sound too egotistical. It's just that the other night, I ran across a story I'd written, and couldn't remember for the life of me what it was about. I had to re-read to find out!)

Anyway, glad you liked this! It's fun to do a fluffy, funny story once in awhile. :teeth:

I'm so glad to reread this fun story. Josef is the consummate problem solver, and Eric is a great foil for him. A healthy fortune never hurts, either! :winky:

Sending love and thanks to Lucky. :hearts: I miss you, my friend! :rose:

I'm so glad this got bumped! :snicker: It's just brilliant, and snarky as all get-out. :teeth:

It was lovely to re read this one. Josef certainly had the best charges against him....what other vampire would ever be able to find a freshie with Josef around? Just as well they let Mr. Sparkly in on the deal (and what a great name that is for Edward.) There would have indeed been quite the torch bearing mob if they hadn't done so! What a great happy ending.
