Abigail Spencer (Simone Walker) - other roles

Abigail has been showing up on a number of shows in single episode guest roles, but she's got a fairly significant guest arc in this season's Mad Men, as Don's new extra-marital obsession. Found this funny article about her character along with a Youtube sample of her work.

And she's now on Hawthorne (TNT) as a possible rival to Christine for Tom's (Dr Wakefield's) affections!! I thought she looked familiar - but she's laying the southern accent on THICK. So, that's 2 Moonlight guest stars on Hawthorne!

A couple of bits of news - both of which (in their own ways) show that Abigail's star is on the rise, I think.
First, she got fugged, but approvingly:

Secondly, and FAR more importantly, she's in what looks set to be one of the biggest movies of the summer, Cowboys & Aliens. Here's a trailer:

It's a little hard to tell, but I think she's the woman in the photo that Daniel Craig is staring at so longingly.

I was watching an episode of Season Six of Gilmore Girls and I saw Abigail. She played the only bridesmaid that hadn't slept with Rory's boyfriend.
