:banghead: :witsend: Someone else mentioned "our beloved and prematurely canceled Moonlight" recently. Like you said, where were these people 16 months ago? The unresolved MickBeth relationship direction is what I crave an answer to. So much potential, never to be continued.... :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :sigh: :sigh: :hankie: :hankie: :hankie:

I just posted this comment:

How I miss Moonlight! Thank you for this article--it doesn't bring the show back, but it reminds me that there are still people who think of Moonlight fondly. It had a unique style, a terrifically humanistic view of vampirism, a wonderful combination of noir and new-millennium ambiance, gorgeous sets and cinematography, a terrific cast, and...I don't know how to explain it--a spark of creativity that ignited a flame in a lot of people, including me. Moonlight still has an active fan community that is producing an amazing amount of fanfic, videos, artwork, and other creative projects inspired by the show. I'll always be grateful to Trevor and Ron, and the cast, crew, designers, writers, and producers for creating the wonderful world of Moonlight and giving me friends all over the world to share it with.

Gah! This just makes me sad. :hankie:

It's lovely to see the show highlighted in this way but boy it just makes me miss Mick all the more (and I already miss him lots). :sigh:

Alle - What a beautifully crafted response.

And thanks, Red, for finding and posting. It speaks volumes that articles are still being written about Moonlight.

Argh!

I dunno that CBS regrets cancelling ML... they seem to be doing just fine without it...
But I am pretty darn sure that all of US will regret their decision for life... I don't see anybody here forgetting anytime soon.
And I gotta say, it IS gratifying (tho not nearly enough) to see our beloved show remembered and praised... if we achieved nothing else with that frantic campaign last year, we made people take notice and remember...

Sigh...reading this with sadness in my heart...while sitting in the Shenandoah Park. Oh well, some goodness still exists in this world.... :hankie:
