:yahoo: :yahoo:

'Twas the night before Christmas, in need of a kick,
rijane was searching for some very good fic

Not a story was written by red for too long,
She'd been quietly stalked by fans (is that so wrong?),

With plenty of refreshes and pokes to show that they care,
In hopes that Mickfic soon would be there;

The fangirls were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of MickBeth danced in their heads;

And me in my slippers, and a cat on my lap,
Had just woken up from a mid-morning nap,

When here at MLA topics ran pitter patter,
I saw from my couch to investigate the fic matter.

Away to the active topics I flew like a flash,
Click on red's new story and read in a dash.

The Kostan, the Bethery! The Mick and the laughs!
I chuckled aloud at poor Josef's gaffes,

Uh, I have to stop 'cause I'm still giggling now that I reflect on this awesome story. Thank you for this Christmas gift! Very, very wonderful bit of fluffy goodness! I hope you might consider shaking a few more free to help us endure this wintery weather!

Oh, Red, I could see this so, so clearly as the beginning of an episode . . . what a fantastic moment. And the dialog is perfect; I could totally hear Mick and Josef's voices . . . *sigh* . . .

And what an amazing contrast to Cold Indigo. I just love how you can write so many different types of stories so very, very well. One never knows what to expect, and that's so wonderful!

Thanks for this great little Christmas present.

If it was anyone else in tha freezer and Josef on the outside, you know that he would milk the situation for all it was worth. The poor, hapless victim would never live it down.

As Beth once said, 'Karma' and I think Mick enjoyed it even more than Beth.

Everyone likes Josef, but they also appreciate him getting a dose of his own medicine, too.

Thank you!

Yes, well. It is unseasonal, but where I live the temperature is in the high 90's and occasionally reaches triple digits, and heat makes Christmas themed fics even more attractive.

There is a very old song about needing a little Christmas occasionally, whether it is the season or not.

Also, I think a really good Moonlight fic is always in season.

Mr. Frosty... :rolling: I'm must say I'm a bit surprised that paranoid Josef didn't have a freezer with an emergency escape. I'm sure that his next freezer will have one.

I would love to hear this story from Beth's POV. :snicker:

Thanks, Red. This was a hoot to read! :rose:

Just enjoyed this very funny little fic again.

It is a truth of life that when someone gets too confident and full of themselves, the universe seems to find a way to take them down a peg or two As Beth said to Mick, 'karma' but he didn't deserve being hit in the face with the sacred ass paddle nearly as much as Josef deserved getting stuck in his freezer.

If the situations were reversed and it was Josef getting Mick out of his freezer, he couldn't expect the ribbing to stop for decades.

This was wonderful, Red!

:giggle: I don't think Mick's gonna be letting Josef off this particular hook anytime soon.
