The entire shirt was given a yellow color -- that affected the shadow as well.

Too subtle? I was surprised that one took me so long. The guys shirt changing from white to pale yellow was more subtle then what you did to that boys shirt.
I just gotta remember to "think like Lilly! If I were Lilly what would I change" to help me solve these puzzles

I try to "think like Lilly" but I think she's a lot smarter than I am. I have a feeling I won't find that last one, but I'm having a lot of fun trying to do it. And I'm pretty proud of myself for getting eight of the nine!

I never saw that! After reading what she said, I went to the picture and looked at it for a long time before I finally saw it, too.

Here's the solution to #8:
Spoiler:
1.Orange shirt shortened
2. Shadow removed on lower left
3. Man's face removed over Mick's arm
4. Seagull removed from lamp post
5. Mick's chain removed
6. Curl of Mick's hair removed
7. Extra "dot" added to the front of the building
8. Extra palm trees added in the distant background
9. Man's shirt changed from white to yellow
