Better late than never. Here I am and I'm wondering what the bet was about. We know what was at stake. Your portrayal of eleven year old WRH is perfect. He'd probably like it. I also like what you think Josef imagined Mona's lips to be concealing.

There are so many great things about this story!
It is interesting, and unusual, to read about Josef interacting with a child (Oops, sorry - a young man
). Great idea! 
I really like how you've incorporated so many famous works of art into this story. I almost feel as though I'm touring an art gallery.
