It seems the baby's name is Luke.
Sophia was tweeting back and forth about the baby with a particular user named "Canzonett". Sophia follows this Canzonett.
Anyway, Canzonett posted a picture with a nice sentiment with a note "For Luke". Sophia replied that it was beautiful and retweeted it.
While that isn't total proof, it is suggestive.
