Unfortunately, the organization freeforums.org, which used to host our Motel, has been bought out by an organization called Tapatalk, which is very different. They don't let us use our own URL, so the Motel link doesn't work right now. In the event that our board goes offline (either planned or unplanned), there is a site our members should know about: the Moonlightaholics Motel. http://www.moonlightaholicsmotel.com

We recommend that everyone register there, just in case. The Motel is usually closed, but we will open it whenever our site is down for more than a few minutes. We also open it for planned events like board upgrades, which usually take a day or so to complete.

You might want to bookmark the Motel so that you'll have the address when you need it.

Hey, Lilly, I have tried to log in the motel and cannot. It just is not my day today...says i got my user's name wrong, but it is totally correct..so, what next?

Hi maggatha,

You need to re-register at the Motel, since it's a separate forum. You can use the same information if you like--the same e-mail address, username, and even password. But it is a separate place, so you have to go through the registration process again, sorry if that wasn't clear!

Hey!! I just came by to say that I ended up in the Motel the other night, when for some reason the site was closed..It really feels so good to have somewhere to go to,when you cannot go...home!!

I have a lot of passwords to remember--I think that is true of all of us--but I have found that I don't recall them if I don't write them down and as we have all been told on multiple occasion, you must never write a password down.

The world will end and identity thieves the world over will hack into your account and post who knows what in your name.
