Maybe. Mick is unique in many ways, but I guess I am remembering Lucky's wonderful fic, 'Wrong Turn' of another vampire who couldn't accept his vampirism. I never really thought of the possibility that if Mick rejected Coraline knowing what she was in advance, Coraline may have had to kill him.

Interesting thought.

Agreed.

Coraline made the decisions in her little corner of the universe and the rest of humanity (or whatever) had to fall in line. Mick fell in line for a while, but ultimately...

Unfortunately.

I remember something someone once said about the braine of not truly ever being able to change attitudes present when they were turned. Sad for everyone concerned.
