Individual members' posts on any section of this board belong to those members. You may not copy or reproduce, in whole or in part, a member of this board's posts to this or any other website or messageboard, and claim those words as your own. Also, you may not copy or reproduce, in whole or in part, a member of this board's posts to this or any other website or messageboard without the express permission of the original author.

This also applies to any posts that are brought to Moonlightaholics from other messageboards. Please ensure that you have the author's express permission to re-post here; or, in the case of published information, that you cite the original source.

If you have any queries or concerns, please contact a member of the mod / admin team.

Thank you.

FWIW -- legally, copyright in the US exists from the time a person's words are in fixed form. That means if they are in a post under someone's log-in, then they legally belong to the person making the post. (this is mainly for things like people's original stories, but it applies across the board).

Reposting while claiming ownership is in violation of federal law. :reading:
