Cat, I love your banner.

I always had Josef as Russian. It seemed logical.

A lovely response to the challenge, JosefsRose. We all know Josef would never let a loss like this escape, no matter how long it took to recover. But it was this line that really caught my attention:
JosefsRose wrote:She knew better than to touch him.
So revealing - about both characters.

Imaginative!

And well done!

I liked this. I'm glad he got his ring back. It also lets us know that Josef is a little sentimental and fiercely protective of his heritage. I wonder if the perpetrator was ever caught and properly dealt with, though....?

Love this.

Josef Kostan on the show was so very good at immersing himself in the culture of the moment. He wrapped the trappings of it around himself until they became like a second skin. Yet, we see a glimpse of a man tied to his roots sufficiently to mourn the loss of a meaningful family ring then, and he does not forget. He still values those roots, and once again gets his property back.

Nicely done!
