Oh my I had forgotten about the werewolves.

Hadn't thought of that, but that would be a very interesting angle.

What could Ben have done if Mick and Josef didn't show up?

The fur may have flown.

No, neither did I, HotMicks! I liked the fact that vamps were the ONLY weird critters around. And the whole "virus" theory fits that idea so well.

Although there has been some awesome fanfic based on the werewolf idea.

We all have our preferences.

Personally, I would have liked to see what they would have come up with for the werewolves. Many of the folks here were already fans of vampires before Moonlight. I wasn't at all. Moonlight made them nice, heroic, very attractive and downright charming and I wonder how they would have handled werewolves.

I wasn't as against the werewolf idea as some people. I sure liked it better than the whole "vampire apocalyse" thing.

Vampire apocalypse?

Don't think I've heard about that one.

Yeah, me too. The Legion was such an Ann Rice rip-off. It's times like this that I think we might have been better off with what we got. Sixteen wonderful episodes. And our imaginations free to run wild.

Josef....Sonata....the list..."It'd be a freaking vampire apocalypse." ...the Legion. All stuff Harry told us at the Con in LA.

But I did like his "It is so on" neighbor story. :snicker:

And yeah, Alle, I'm with you. After some time and distance to mourn, I'm kinda glad it ended like it did and now it can't be "ruined" for me.

Not there yet.

Sorry. I'm still upset about no Season 2, but when you think about it, we have explored even more territory in fanfic.

Amazing how much great stuff we have gotten out of sixteen episodes and we aren't done yet!

Aw, sorry, Jen. :comfort2: I still miss it too, of course... :Mickangel:

But I've got loads of fic to catch up on (I think I've read about 3 :blushing: ).

I'm saving it for retirement.

I'm sort of split on it at this point. Part of me--a very big part--is still angry and mourning and every other emotion about not seeing further seasons of this wonderful show. Another part, certainly, says very quietly, yeah, but they gave us these wonderful characters to write fic about, and what a wonderful experience that has been! (And continues to be...)

At this point, you'd better retire early, because there is a BOATLOAD of good fic to be read....
