Maybe Mick knows her well enough, and her bulldog instincts, but (incredibly foolishly) thinks that because it is *him* telling her to stay off the case, she'll listen.

Just a thought.

Ok... not to dwell... but I asked a question earlier that got lost in the reams of rather intelligent conversation... and yes, it isn't an intelligent question... but I have no pride...

When Mick is talking to the Cleaner... (for whom we need some caps, btw... just saying... really cool outfit...) he is asking about what happened and she answers about Mr. Sloppy and Mr. Stupid... and then she says they all make mistakes but at least they asked for cleanup... then she and Mick exchange a meaningful glance and she says, "yeessssss." What, exactly, is she saying yes about?

She is waiting for him to ask her what he wants from her. She knows that it's not a clean-up, and she can tell that he is wanting something from her.

That's IT? She's just pushing the conversation along faster? I thought they were implying... something... with their little look and her seemingly loaded "yeeeessssss"... and I could NOT figure out what!

Seriously? She just wanted him to get on with it?

As far as know, that was it. He obviously doesn't have much contact with the Cleaner's, and God knows they are a perceptive lot, I think she was just waiting for him to spit it out.

That's so mundane... I was looking for some vamp thing I wasn't catching...

But I admitted from the start it was not an intelligent question... stoopid but honest...

*smacks grace affectionately* That is NOT a stupid quesiton, hon. If you need clarification on something like that, it's stupider by far not to ask.

Ouch!! There was NO call...

You know, you get so violent waiting for new Alex to come in the mail... I'll be glad when you get that movie... that'll settle you down for a few hours...

Btw... just watched this ep again... I like how when he answers the door... he looks out into the hallway... as if checking to see if Beth brought her camera guy... but that won't happen until ep 11... so this time he's safe...

I also love then he jumps that gurney... cool shot.

GA, when you get to that part, IF there is a screen cap of that... could you post that please ?
