Brian White cast in Joss Whedon's Cabin in the Woods

Brian White (Stomp the Yard) has nabbed a role in the Joss Whedon-Drew Goddard horror collaboration The Cabin in the Woods, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Richard Jenkins and Bradley Whitford star in the MGM thriller, about which almost nothing is known but its release date: Feb. 4, 2010. White, who also starred in CBS' vampire series Moonlight, will play a character named Truman alongside Kristen Connolly, Chris Hemsworth, Anna Hutchison, Fran Kranz and Jesse Williams.

Alex and Jason have new pilots. I know that Jordan and Brian have roles in TV shows. Sophia is filming "Little Buddha", so it looks like our beloved cast are moving on and landing new roles. Has anyone heard anything about Shannyn's new HBO show?

I thought she and Jason were in the same HBO pilot... no?

Shannyn is rumored to be playing in HBO's "How to Make it in America". Jason was supposedly cast in "The Washingtonienne". But I haven't heard anything in recent weeks about these two shows.

He's also been cast in the next Madea/Tyler Perry movie "Ican do bad all by myself".

But I think he was mostly a movie actor anyway...
