I hadn't heard anything about this movie - it's already completed shooting and is now in post-production. Here's the synopsis from IMDb:

'Divorce Invitation' centers on Mike Christian, a happily married man who runs into his high school sweetheart Alex, and after all these years, sparks still fly. When Mike is determined Alex is his true soul mate, he realizes he has a huge problem-he signed an iron-clad pre-nuptial agreement and his wife will not let him out of the marriage.

David plays a character named Rick, but I don't know any more than that. The cast includes Paul Sorvino, Elliott Gould, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Jonathan Bennett (ex-Veronica Mars) and Jennifer Elise Cox (the crazy buggymaker from The Back-Up Plan).
