Well, maybe I'm wrong. It did have mixed reviews. And it does have it's moments.

If nothing else, see how long it takes you to recognize Ron Perlman (from Beauty and the Beast). I knew he was in the movie and I didn't figure out it was him for awhile.

Good to know, I'll have to have my daughter order it...she's always ordering from Netflix. :coffee:

I don't usually like this genre movie but I did enjoy it. For me it was the first thing I saw Sophia in besides Moonlight. Freya was one tough cookie. It was worth a Netflix rental for me. I'm not willing to buy it but I have it on my swapadvd list. Free is always a good price. :snicker:

Underworld

I finally got around to seeing Underworld today. Sophia did not have a large role but it was fun seeing her as a vampire, she can wear her fangs. I did enjoy it well enough, like most vampire movies it is filmed "dark" by that I don't mean night or subject matter but the film that was used I found it hard to see who was who sometimes.

What's really interesting is the "six degrees of separation" you can play with Moonlight Actors.

Kate Beckinsale - Alex in Whiteout, Sophia in Underworld.

Off topic but Marina Sirtis was in Three Rivers last week and she was in The Deep Below with Jason Dohring.

Ooh--thanks, Red! I'll try to catch it. I love that movie, and Sophia made a great vampire.
