Love her or hate her, there's no denying Coraline's allure.

We don't have that many Coraline pics posted on the site and this is a chance to rectify that terrible oversight - find a favourite, post it here and tell us all what you love about it.

This one is easy for me. Shannyn is gorgeous here.



While she's enjoying Mick's discomfort she's also enjoying being human. I think being Morgan gave her a freedom she never had as Coraline. Coraline was obviously subjected to society in her "real" life and then became an aggressive vampire. Morgan gave her the chance to be a modern woman with all the freedoms that entails. Like she took Beth's childhood innocence from her, Beth took Morgan's human freedom away from Coraline. Later on she'll sacrifice herself for Mick but now she's just enjoying herself.

I love this one. Coraline as Morgan, on the chase with Mick, stunningly beautiful, lit by sunshine. She's chic, elegant, fun, accomplished, and... human.

I found this really hard as there are so many beautiful Coraline pics. I'm especially taken with the flashback shots when a drunken Mick shows up at her house - but I think this is probably my favourite:



This look says everything. From right here, her life was inextricably linked with Mick's - there was no turning back for either of them.

So what I love is the juxtaposition between the Morgan at lunch pics and the Cora at the party pics... this woman could be either, and both, and be a total siren in either role. And Mick was toast...

And guessing that each role is a little bit of who she is... just a little bit. There's still stuff we have NO idea about her. Hell, there's still stuff MICK has no idea about her...

Tho one of the pics I love the most is the one where she brings Mick the dinner, the wimpering blond dinner... right after his turning and he begs her to let him die. MAN she is dolled up in that one! So apropos to the period... and so appropriate for a woman on her "honeymoon", wearing a killer outfit from her trousseau... to fetch hubby dinner in.

I just figured out the theme behind all of my picks for favorite photo of each character. There's a lot of emotion hidden behind the eyes that you may not see at first glance.

For Coraline, my favorite photo is that look in Ringer when Beth is looking at her trying to connect with her. Does Morgan/Coraline hate Beth? What is she thinking?

If you can mentally put aside the horrific crime [kidnapping a child] that Coraline has just committed, as a photo, I just find this stunningly beautiful. The light and shadow, camera angle, hair & make-up - everything. It's a beautiful "portrait".

I LOVE how she took the time to do herself up to the hilt (and YES, killer outfit )... THEN went to fetch poor starving Mick's dinner.
