Thank you so much, ladies! :ghug: It's just wonderful to see people discovering this for the first time and to have old friends coming back for another look. :hearts: :rose:

After just rereading "If You Give a Vamp a Freshie", I had to come reread this one, too. :giggle:

I'm still smiling!

I actually showed this one to a class today, while we were explaining crossovers and alternate universes...they were highly impressed. :teeth:

On our fourth anniversary, I can't think of a better story to capture the magic, humor, and style of Moonlight than this one. Thank you, dear Lilly. Goodnight vampires everywhere. Especially the perpetually cool ones... and you know who you are. :rose:

Lilly this was really wonderful. :hearts: But I have to agree with maggatha3 it was kind of sad reading it, it did feel like saying goodbye all over again to our beloved show.

Thank you for all the kind words, ladies. :ghug:

Lucky, I can't believe you showed this to your class. :blushing:

MLL60, this honestly was never meant to be a goodbye. :sigh: I wrote it in March 2008 and it was just intended to be a bit of fun. Reading it now, though, it does kind of feel like I was tucking Moonlight itself in for a good long nap. :Mickangel:

Never will I get enough of this! Lately I've been thinking of this story, because I am loving a song by Go Radio called Goodnight Moon. So, I hear the song, think of this fic. Its a never ending circle!

After reading "Negotiable" I felt the need to clean my brain out a bit . . . and this looked like a great place to do that . . .

I hadn't ever seen this before and it is such a delight. Incredibly well done..... and the illustrations are perfect!! :flowers:

Glad this was bumped up. It brought a huge smile to my face. Especially since yesterday I was a guest reader in one of the first grade classes of that school I work at. I don't think this Goodnight Moon would have been totally appropriate. But it's fun to think about. :brow:
