You know, this one always bugged me....I often wondered if they (whoever they are) were teasing /taunting the viewers, knowing the show might not come back. I hope I'm wrong and that the 'miss me when I'm gone' was referring either to the end of the season or to Beth's saying she couldn't do this anymore.....

Meeting Mick...missing him when he's gone...and seeing him at the beginning.

I'm :melts: and :hankie: all at the same time...I LOVE that "Meet Mick" promo, Red. :hearts:

You have to watch a commercial first but worth the wait.

:comfort2: I know how you feel, but man, this has been awesome seeing all this in one spot, seeing how the character changed from the initial concept into the one we came to know and love. Alex has and will play other characters, but for me, Mick St. John is one of his best and most endearing.

That's why we're all still here. :ghug:

This one bothered me when it originally aired. We hadn't heard about the cancellation yet but the Two More Micks felt like a bad vibe to me.

Ach! THAT"S the one promo I saw, aside from the one Cassy just posted at the end of the run...
I saw this Meet Mick one shortly after discovering the show!

And it liked to have KILLED me!!! :thud:

The Sugarcult video just makes me melt all over the floor... :happysigh: :happysigh: :happysigh: :happysigh:

As does the Meet Mick one... :melts: :melts: :melts:

I've found a couple more promos...

I don't think these variations on the Interview with a Vampire have been posted yet:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2yY9dCWt9gk (This one is 1:05 and ends with the "What does it feel like when you turn into a monster?" question.)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJYluH_yptk (This one is 1:30 and ends with the "Boxers or briefs?" question.)

I don't recognize the music on this promo... a short one with clips, including Josef! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PBGv5BhcbNs

The ones below aren't strictly promos. They didn't ever appear on TV, but they were officially released by CBS Eyelab.

Here's an Eyelab behind-the-scenes promo, featuring interviews with Alex, Jason, and Sophia: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iZoLsd0nrUE

Edited to add one of my favorites, "How Do You Like Your Mick?" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VtZx4-_N5ck

Here's a clip that Eyelab released before FtP, with an alternate version of Mick's voiceover: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2lLBv2wl4A4

And a few of the 2-minute drill videos that Eyelab did. These were posted on the CBS Moonlight page.

Episode 1 (with some weird music!): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AOGevBxVuKM
Episode 10: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kj9W9rYN0-4
Episode 13 (with even weirder music!): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tVbuxxVKfPI

Flowers and chocolates for anyone who can find this on YT or similar because, even after all this time, it's still country-protected. :Mickangel:

This is the first promo I remember seeing at the same time as everyone else, while we all waited (very impatiently) for the show to come back and speculated endlessly over the choice of words and what they meant. Takes me back...

Alle, you found "How do you like your Mick?"!!! :hyper2: :hyper2: :hyper2: I LOVE that. I also liked the FtP with the different VO - especially the way Alex delivers the "I used to be a vampire" line - makes me wonder why they changed it. :chin:

Love the Eyelab vids, too. Oh this has been such a treat. A total treat.

Just..... lovely, to revisit all of this.
Sophia is right; there really hadn't been anything like this on tv before.

I KNOW there was Angel and Buffy and Forever Knight and all that crud peeps like to throw out there to prove ML was derivative.
But clearly they didn't really WATCH the show. Mick was different and heart-stopping. Joz'f was one of a kind. The banter was perfect and some of the lines uttered by this cast sticks with me each and every day. ANd I LOVED that they vamps were so natural and that there were no other supernatural creatures. The vamps were more than enough, all by themselves. They did not need zombies or werewolves for supporting cast... these vamps totally ruled. :notworthy:
