Moonlight on SyFy - next marathon November 10, 2011

Moonlight premieres on CW on 06/03/10, following the repeats of the Vampire Diaries starting with No Such Thing as Vampires and will continue this Summer!

But earlier in the day, the Syfy channel will air all sixteen episodes of the show from No Such Thing as Vampires thru Sonata.

Fabulous!!!!!

Hey, jen, there's a thread here: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=6319 all about the CW re-runs - plus we have challenges for banners, videos and fic, celebrating ML's return (even if only as re-runs) to network TV. Excellent news about the SyFy marathon too!!

Thanks for the linkQ When I found out about the SyFy marathon, I looked around for somewhere to ppst the information. I had seen some things about the CW airing, but I couldn't remember where. When I saw some information about itposted here, I just posted right here. Sorry if I put it inthe wrong place.

I thought that when the CW bought Moonlight that the SyFy channel would no longer have rights to air it, but I don't understand how that works either. Guess I will just check out the schedule for July when it goes up in June.

O this is nice!!! I happen to be on vacation this week, trying to catch up with stuff at home....guess what I'm catching up on on Thursday?

It's interesting that SyFy is doing this tho, isn't it? I mean, they have run these eps many times at this point...
To try to capitalize on the showings on CW... they must expect some decent numbers (for them, whatever low level of number that must be) with this marathon, else why bother to show it again?

I find this very exciting and amazing in one sense. CW is owned by CBS and Warner Brothers and Syfy is under the NBC Universal umbrella I believe. I'm actually surprised they are having an episode play at Midnight since that would be in competition with the West Coast CW airing. The Syfy site says all times Eastern but I don't know if they have a West Coast feed and actually air programs the same time as the East Coast

Cassy, they do have a West coast feed. We get the shows at the same time (Pacific time) as they are scheduled... so we get 'em 3 hours later than you do.
