There are stories that occur between the episodes, like Lucy's wonderful 'Uneasy Glider' and Shadows wonderful series; there are stories that are standalone episodes, episode arcs or even seasons, complete in themselves like the wonderful series by Guardian Angel, Allegrita, Darkstarrising, PNWGal, Redwinter, and Librarian7 (Lucky)--I know I'm forgetting some other great ones..sorry. There are comedies, ghost stories, tragedies--a whole range of fabulous fic.

That is simply awesome!

And that number represents stories, not chapters, correct? So a multi-chapter with 8 individually posted chapters still just counts as one story. When you think of it that way, it's even more amazing!

I believe that's correct, MLC. So yeah, there are MANY more chapters, etc. posted within that 1600.

And we're not done yet.

Only six stories to go then we have 1700.

Wow! I hope we get a bunch this summer, from our latest Challenge. Heck, we only have a few hundred to write, and we'll have 2,000!

10,000 stories? Francis, I'm fast typing these up but I don't think I'm that fast, but I'll try my best!

Oh my, I need to get my table in order. I haven't added the last few challenges yet. Need to get up to date again.
